You may return physical products within 14 days of receipt if:

• The product was not marked as non-returnable

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE WEBSITE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED EUROS (€100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

16. Consumer Rights (EU)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have certain rights under EU consumer protection law, including:

• The right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days (right of withdrawal)
• The right to receive goods that conform to the contract
• Legal guarantee rights for defective goods

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

16.1 Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email to connect@empowermindset.eu).

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from:

• For physical goods: the day you receive the goods
• For digital content: the day of contract conclusion

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for supplementary costs if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

Exception for Digital Content: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content if performance has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
